When purchasing a trial or subscription, it is important to note that the plan will have auto-renew applied.
If you are interested in removing this preset function, there are 2 avenues you can pursue to accomplish this:
1) Visit your Settings Page, navigate to the "Manage Your Plan" section, and simply select "Cancel". This will set your plan to cancel at the end of the given period.
For users with a subscription, it will cancel before your next billing date.
For users with a trial, it will cancel at the end of the 7-day trial.
2) Reach out to the Support team by either messaging through the Yellow chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
In regards to our refund policy for trial and Monthly subscribers, we can only provide refunds within 7 days of purchase. At the start of the 8th day, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund, as sufficient time had been provided through the trial period and the first week of the subscription to determine whether Token Metrics is the right fit for you.
In regards to our refund policy for Annual plan subscribers, we can only provide refunds within 14 days of purchase. At the start of the 15th day, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.
It is very important to note that we do NOT offer refunds on subscriptions purchased via crypto.
