What Token Metrics provides
Token Metrics provides Daily Pulse, newsletters, podcasts, videos, research, alerts, Q&A digests, playbooks, premium reports, Discord community access, customer support, and $TMAI-based access checks. Service names, features, prices, tiers, trials, access channels, and publishing cadence may change over time.
No individualized investment advice
Token Metrics content is for education and information only. It is not individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Token Metrics is not acting as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, lawyer, or financial planner.
Crypto and wallet risk
Crypto assets, tokens, prediction markets, DeFi, NFTs, and related products are highly risky and volatile. Customers are responsible for their own trading, investing, custody, taxes, wallet security, private keys, local-law compliance, and contract verification.
$TMAI access
$TMAI access is a service-eligibility mechanism. It is not an investment recommendation, a promise of token value, a promise of liquidity, a promise that an exchange will support the token, or a promise that token-access rules will stay the same forever. Customers should never send, burn, or transfer TMAI to Token Metrics for access unless an official migration/support workflow explicitly instructs them to do so through a verified Token Metrics page.
Privacy summary
Token Metrics collects information needed to run the service: account/contact details, subscription and billing status, support messages, product usage, email engagement, Discord access data, wallet addresses when used for $TMAI eligibility, analytics, and security logs. Token Metrics does not store full card numbers on its own systems and does not use customer data to provide individualized investment advice.
Customer support operating summary
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Trials can convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds are reviewed case by case and depend on the offer, payment processor, purchase date, trial status, usage, abuse-prevention checks, chargeback status, and applicable law.
Support should verify payment and subscription evidence before making a refund decision.
Recent legitimate billing issues within 30 days from when the customer signed up and began paying can be handled customer-friendly when funds are refundable. Outside-30-day requests or ambiguous cases should be escalated for human review.
