Who this is for
Use this path only if your TMAI was held on Gate.io, Bitpanda, or MEXC and you need to move it into the Solana TMAI migration.
If your TMAI was already in your own Base wallet at the snapshot, use the normal TMAI migration portal instead. Do not use both paths for the same wallet.
What to do
Open the exchange-holder checker: https://tokenmetrics.com/migration/exchange.
If the standard exchange window has passed or the checker cannot validate the record, contact Token Metrics support for manual review.
Provide the exchange name, an official transaction-history export or account statement showing the TMAI balance at the relevant time, the withdrawal transaction and Base recipient wallet if a withdrawal occurred, a Solana destination wallet, and the exact portal status or error.
Do not send or lock TMAI based on old instructions. Follow a transfer instruction only when the current portal shows the exact amount and destination for the validated record.
Late requests and manual review
The original June 4 withdrawal and June 11 lock deadlines have passed. Late exchange-held cases require manual review and approval is not guaranteed. Support will verify the submitted exchange evidence and tell you whether any current action is available.
Supported exchange wallets
The checker and support team validate exchange withdrawal provenance from current records. Do not rely on wallet addresses copied from older instructions, and do not send TMAI to an address supplied in email, chat, or an unofficial page.
Gas and safety reminders
You need a small amount of ETH on Base to move or lock Base TMAI.
Token Metrics will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Only use links from tokenmetrics.com.
