Shutdown-credit access
Some former Token Metrics users received temporary credited access after the old Token Metrics shutdown.
Rollout date: for the April 2026 rollout, credited access started on April 8, 2026.
Tier behavior: the shutdown credit unlocks the tier assigned to your account.
Duration: access lasts until the expiration date attached to that credit.
If more than one entitlement applies
If you have more than one valid access path at the same time, the highest eligible tier should apply to your account and Discord role.
If access looks wrong
Confirm the source: check that your subscription, token entitlement, or shutdown credit is active on the account email you used.
Confirm Discord: make sure you connected the correct Discord account.
