Some former Token Metrics users received temporary credited access after the old Token Metrics dashboard shutdown. Use the same account email that received the shutdown-credit message and connect the correct Discord account.

Contact support with your Token Metrics account email, Discord username/user ID, and wallet address if token/NFT verification is involved.
