How Discord access works

How to connect Discord, which access paths qualify, and what to do if channels are missing.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Quick answer: connect Discord using the same Token Metrics account email that holds your plan, token-gated access, or shutdown credit. Then give Discord a few minutes to sync your role.

Connect Discord in 5 steps

  1. Open the Token Metrics email or account flow that sends you to the new Token Metrics private network.

  2. Sign in with the same Token Metrics account email that holds your subscription or shutdown credit.

  3. Authorize the Discord connection for the Discord account you actually want to use.

  4. Join the Token Metrics Discord server if you are not already inside it.

  5. Wait a few minutes, then refresh Discord and re-check your channels.

Which access paths qualify

  • Paid plans: Signal, Alpha, and Roundtable unlock their matching premium access.

  • Token gate: qualifying TMAI holdings can unlock the matching tier.

  • Shutdown credit: some former Token Metrics users received temporary credited access to the new Token Metrics private network.

What channels you should see

  • Signal: #signal, #signals-tokens, #signals-prediction-markets, and #market-questions

  • Alpha: everything in Signal, plus #alpha and Alpha-tier premium report and webinar access

  • Roundtable: everything in Alpha, plus #roundtable

If the right channels do not appear

  • Check the email: make sure you signed in with the same email that received the subscription or shutdown credit.

  • Check the Discord account: make sure you connected the correct Discord account.

  • Check the timing: role sync can take a few minutes, so refresh Discord after waiting.

  • Still wrong? contact support with your Token Metrics account email and your Discord username.
