Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription questions

Manage billing, payment methods, invoices, subscription changes, and cancellation through the Token Metrics self-serve billing portal.

Quick answer: You can manage Token Metrics billing, update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription here:

Enter the email tied to your Token Metrics subscription. Stripe will send you a secure link to your customer portal.

What you can do in the billing portal

  • Manage your subscription.

  • Update your payment method.

  • View invoices and receipts.

  • Cancel your subscription.

  • Update basic account billing details.

Before you cancel

If you are canceling because access is missing, Discord channels are not showing, or your plan looks wrong, contact support first. Many access issues are caused by the wrong email, wrong Discord account, wallet-verification mismatch, or a role-sync delay.

If you are canceling because the plan no longer fits, use the billing portal to cancel future renewals. If you want a lower tier instead, choose the available plan-change option in the portal when shown, or contact support from the subscription email so the team can point you to the right plan path.

After cancellation

  • Cancellation stops future renewals for that subscription.

  • Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period, depending on the subscription state shown in the billing portal.

  • Discord or premium-role access can take a few minutes to update after billing changes.

  • Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Token Metrics does not promise automatic refunds after cancellation.

  • Refund eligibility can depend on the offer, payment processor, purchase date, trial status, usage, abuse-prevention checks, chargeback status, and applicable law.

  • If you believe a recent charge should be refunded, contact support from the subscription email and include the charge date or invoice detail.

  • If a chargeback is opened, payment or account access may be suspended while the billing issue is reviewed.

  • If payment fails or billing information is invalid, Token Metrics may suspend or reduce access until billing is resolved.

Support review policy for refunds

Support should verify the subscription email, Stripe/Beehiiv payment record, purchase date, trial status, usage/access history, and any chargeback before deciding. Recent legitimate billing issues within 30 days from when the customer signed up and began paying can be handled customer-friendly when funds are refundable. Requests outside 30 days, unclear account mismatches, old/legacy-platform payments, chargebacks, or unusual exceptions should be escalated for human review instead of denied automatically.

If the portal does not recognize your email

Contact support from the email tied to your Token Metrics subscription and include:

  • Your subscription email.

  • Your plan if known: Signal, Alpha, or Roundtable.

  • Charge date or invoice detail if relevant.

  • Discord username or Discord user ID if the billing issue also affected community access.

Important Signal note

Signal members can always contact support for billing and access issues even though general product support is not included in the Signal plan.
